Happy Basday

Over the weekend, we rounded up the girls for an early celebration of Christine's birthday at Cheers Japanese Restaraunt in Subi. Sorry, I don't have many photos!! The food was simple but delicious and the interior setting nostalgic of the izakayas in Japan where you usually go for late night supper. Simple decor (including an oddly placed A4 sized drawing of sumo), shoes off and cushions for seats.

After stuffing the last bits of green tea ice cream in our faces ("Its shoo couwld!"), we headed off to Marina's place for birthday treats, tea and of course a little sing-song for the birthday girl.
